After tattoo number nine (which was a six hour piece on my ribs!) and trying numerous different creams for healing tattoos, Bepanthen has been by far the best. As it's a nappy cream, it's good even with sensitive skin(although some will probably have some reaction) and is by far the best I've used!
I normally scab properly within 4 or days and I've known my tattoos to take up to 2 weeks to heal properly with other creams. With Bepanthen, I've barely scabbed over and it's usually healed in less than a week - even the six hour piece healed much quicker!!! As for sensitive skin, my partner use dto have very severe ezcema and still has to be really careful on what he uses. He's now got around 100 hours of work on him and probably used Bepanthen for the last 70 or so hours - with no problems at all. Would defo recommend this cream - plus it's much cheaper than most and doesn't get contaminated easily!

`Bepanthen is without a doubt the most highly recommended cream to use (unless you're allergic of course) and I've not only used it myself but also had it highly recommended by both tattoo artists and lovers of tattoos because it brings out the best colour in the ink and helps your skin heal up great!
