I'm growing a bit weary of the idea of meeting people in the bar scene and am honestly too busy to constantly date. I work full time as a Legal Assistant and attend law school at night. Aside from the slightly frenetic lifestyle I've for some reason crafted for myself, I love wierd movies, books and art. I like anything dark and creepy. I'm not what you would call "conventional." I crave intellectual conversation. I like coffee shops. I love taking weekend trips, going to museums and cheesy town-sponsored events like fairs and medieval festivals. Mark Danielewski wrote an amazing work of art called "House of Leaves," which you should probably read. I love music and live shows, and generally gravitate toward hardcore, electronica/dance punk and indie(ie: GLASSJAW, Tool, Deftones, Maritime, Beirut, Bon Iver, Silversun Pickups, Blood Brothers, The Faint, The Smiths, The Kooks, Metric, !!!, MINUS THE BEAR, Of Montreal, and currently the Xx controls my life). I like low-key bars with a nice selection of craft beer, but absolutely can't stand clubs with house music or dirty south rap garbage. I'm kind of a nerd, I love crossword puzzles and I sometimes exclaim things in French. I have a little OCD, I shop way too much for my own good, and I sometimes plot subversively in my head. I don't like clubs. I drink good beer...just to recap.

Also, please don't tell me I'm interesting, don't call me princess, and don't ramble off a list of what you're not that coincides with what I don't like. Say something worthwhile; have something going on.

And...I don't know if you're here, but no fist pumpers. You should all be removed to the ninth circle of hell.
