At 30, I am done with meeting people at the bar. I am professional, have my BA and am paralegal. I want a like minded man to have fun with, and date. But, I am not at the point where I want a super serious heavy relationship. I want to feel comfortable enough with out dating relationship that if my life gets crazy hectic for a week, your feelings aren't going to be hurt if I don't call. An email to check in and say "hi" may be all I can get to sometimes.....but I won't be offended or upset if you have the same kind of schedule. I do have a toddler from a previous long term relationship, and need a person who is understanding of that. While my son is important to me, I absolutely time for me. I TRY to take care of myself, and am trying to cut all processed foods from my house...but that doesn't stop me from going out to eat. A little potassium sorbate isn't so bad now and then - right?
